It’s cut out of pink permanent vinyl on my Cricut. Then I put transfer tape over the top then you can pop it on your item.

Which transfer tape is this one?

The transfer tape is called C5 styletech grid. And I get it here imaginevinyl.com.au/product/transfer-tapes/

What kind of paper do I use if I want to use transfer tape over a printed picture through my printer and not vinyl? If possible

Not sure you can. The idea of transfer tape is to transfer the vinyl with the sticky back to something else. If you just used paper it wouldn’t come off the transfer tape without a sticky back. I guess you could print on paper with an adhesive back and use the transfer tape with that.

It does depend on your transfer tape and vinyl. Some is harder than others. Give it a good rub on the back, that helps too.
