Stop them from rolling with small magnets that act as dividers. That way you could ditch some of those organizers you aren't as happy with. Could even just have magnets that you lay under the tip of the screwdriver on. Then you'd have a slightly magnetized driver head!

I have my 1/2 drive stuff together, 3/8 drive stuff together etc.

I have most of my sockets on the rails that are attached to the metal trys as i do have to grab a set and run. Looks like you have what im talking about in the back right side of the drawer. Good video
