Tips for healthy 4c hair (dense 4c hair)

Hey guys! In this video I am sharing some things I have learned during my natural hair journey. I have started to realize these tips work for my hair and help me care for it more affectevly and efficiently. All of these things prevent breakage and help keep hair healthy.     Great tips. My 4c hair loves twists. My schedule is to wash & dc every week, but keep hair in twists. Gets so dry when it's out.

    also, i want to twist my hair to avoid matting but it’s short n it takes DAYS for me to twist my hair (because its short n im a beginner)☹️.

    My hair strands are very fine, a little thicker in the front of my head though. If you’re hair is still a bit too short you could try cornrows or using heat to stretch (safely with heat protection) That’s what I used to do when my hair was at that length. Hope that helps!

    Yes, even if im not cleaning my scalp I like to deep condition. When I’m lazy it will only be like 10 minutes lol

    Make sure you figure out what works with your hair and don’t do it with protein treatments or anything like that every week, that will make hair weaker.
