I do use that trill key - (example) it helps Saint-Saens's clarinet sonata, 4th movement, a little bit. Your caption really highlight the concept and must be very helpful for many followers.

@@callyclarinet I have them breathe in time, set (embouchre set, blowing air, but tongue stopping air) We do that a few times Then that plus release tongue. Maybe that’s too much explaining and steps. I’ll try telling them to blow ahead of tongueing. Most young students seem to blow and tongue and set all at the same time, and get a sloppy attack
