they must give the chance to someone who like very much working with them and service them to work for the un and learn from them and gain the experience from them and when he practicing the language with them he will improve himself and be better in every thing this is a logical thing because all of us need to practice and work to get the experience this is the only way the experience come from. of course we dont be experts and be have a lot of experience with out working with them and practicing

Actually, there's nothing much to learn from UN positions. Better start from NGOs/ other organizations and then, come to join UN. Because it's more like a decision making position and you can implement your motivation only if you have the right experiences/ expertise.
This will surely be an exciting job! I look forward to an interview by God's grace.
