Sry I'm late to the party but did you guys know that during contract negotiations, whenever you eventually get that yellow warning telling you it's your last chance, if you select the 'non-negotiable' option for your final offer, the agent/player will accept much lower wages and conditions than if you leave the option untouched? I discovered this by chance and have been using it to reduce player and especially staff salaries. Again, sry if this is common knowledge but I just haven't seen or read anything on the subject and to me it seems like a major advantage so I'm curious to know if this is a well-known trick or not. If not then plz share with the community! Cheers (FM19, not sure if this works on FM20)

What I always do is look in the Spanish national teams. Every player in La Liga has a release clause so when you find a player that is 16 years old and has world class potential he likely has a very low release clause

there is another i just recently found out about. When making an offer you click the minus tab, then remove, then re add it and click remove and exclude. So for example its the "percentage of profit" offer. Click remove, then re add the "percentage of profit", then remove and exclude. Means clubs can't negotiate that part of the deal. That also works for player and staff contracts and renewals. Another note on that German nationality "exploit" is that you have to watch out for "second nationalities" on players. Otherwise you could end up with a MASSIVE debt"

@Mako i dont see the point in having a wage if you cant do anything with it maybe buying real estate yes isnt realistic but dont see a problem with buying a club or using it for a course. Never heard of a sims game where you can do a coaching course or buy a football team

+add on the additional fees part, then click "after international appearances" tab. Then you can do it for 1,5,10 etc etc

It's a fully automated process, which means you should receive an email containing a download link to your license file within minutes. Il give 2 exploitations. Stick till second it will amaze you So first - you can win in signing any player. You give him max wage + 50% yearls rise, he accepts imediately, you keep delaying transfer then quit. All interested clubs lose interest, you again nagotiate (he is somehow stupid to nagotiate again then you give him minimal wage and sign him) Second! You sign all players on bids like i signed De Jong on 5m now+ 30m over 3 seasons. Then sell for 60m in couple of seasons. Then for that amount you can get 3 great players for 15m + 40m over 3 seasons payment. Whats the point of this... mostly you will get into debpt but your owner will either get loans or will injuect money (out of nowere). But! Best thing is just go full force on big money deals couse this will happen. You will get to bankrupcy! Then you will get board takeover and new owner will come who will invest even more money into your club That happend to me with Valencia and Villareal, and Sociedad and all other clubs i managed for couple of seasons In this way you can have all star players (that want to come to your club depending on results), dont worry about the money. And if you want upgrade on the end of season be shure that payments dont suck that extra money you will need to improve your training ground or expand stadium etc.
