This one tip will give you the softest paneer ever. For 300 g Paneer 2 Litres Milk 1 tbsp Salt 3 tsp Vinegar + 3 tsp Water mixed 1 tsp Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp Crushed Black Pepper 1 Green Chilli 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander The key to the softest paneer is the amount of time you press it for. It is extremely important. Do not press it for over 25 mins. It also needs to be refrigerated for atleast 20 mins before you use it to give you perfect cut paneer. 🌟 Vishesh Tippani - Use Full Fat Milk for best results - Heat the milk & stir it a few times to avoid it sticking to the bottom & scorching - Curdle the milk slowly & transfer it immediately - Make sure the cloth is slightly moist before adding the Chenna - Wash the chenna to remove the vinegar taste - For best results use a paneer mould
