The slider worksheet of constant X Axis was incorrect as per demo anyone can try it because we have to fix the X-Axis then only you can fix the Axi to the Max range please correct me if i am wrong

the map does not seem to work the same way in 10.5.0.1. At least in my case. the Avg X and Avg Y stick as points to the actual original x,y scatter. This means that the circle is appearing on each separate original point and not as a central average on the polygon.

When I put order day on text it displays multiple numbers for each day in the calendar. How do I fix?

Every time I watch a video like this, I always wonder: how big was your database? What if I have 1b rows/day into my fact table? What if I have 10b rows/day in my fact table? Will it still be reasonable usable?

+Davide Anastasia www.tableau.com/stories/customer/igt-hits-jackpot-casino-data Tableau can handle that amount of data, I think. And, depends of what data platform that you are using, Hadoop, SQL or Oracle, you can always summarize the data into a upper level then import that into tableau to analyze.

+Frank Law This is true, but at the same time, summarise means that you have to choose what information you want to lose in order to improve your query performance, which is sometimes a tricky decision to make (been there many times, part of my daily job).

You mentioned a software name you use to create polygon shapes. Can you list that please? This was an very good video to learn some of the features of Tableau.

Is it imperative to be a Jedi if you are to use Tableau? I think only a Jedi has the force to navigate through that UI.

I still don't get the way tableau is sorting. Why does including the rank dimension change the sorting of the sub category dimension from sorting by total to sorting within each year?

It's really unintuitive to me. We should still be sorting in the same way as before? We just added another dimension which we didn't chose for sorting?

Hi I tried this but when I remove the Order date from the second Sales - I get the behavior of a non-continuous slider movement. The screen blanks out till I release the slider.I am using trial version 9.2. Can you help?

I have the exact same problem like guys, I'm using version 9.2, the everything about the slider and when I remove the continuous "order date" from the second sales ....the dynamic effect stops!
