I really enjoyed this , and the fact that I knew 90% of the answers gave me more joy, but for challenges I feel it based on different industries data and expectations

how can we use tableau to group data coming from a data warehouse. whole data is in one column and the dates are other

if i were the candidate I'd be looking at the ceiling on at least 60% of these questions. LOL 😂

REGARDING PIVOT I think its some what incorrect ? No need create pivot for that operation or if you want to combine data u can create calulcation feild?

Correct. He should have asked her how she would pivot a SQL database in Tableau :-) It's impossible in Desktop.

u can download ur each worksheet in tableaue public and make it in one folder ,otherwise better to have a tableaue desktop ,to save ur workbook

@@arshithasraj3979 I have tableau desktop when I am trying to click on save button it just gives me tableu public upload option. :( I will try downloading from tableau public. Few days back I made few sheets and it was private data from a company and dint save on tableau public , now my system restarted for update and that data is lost any way I can retrieve that?

I don't think measures we use to create Sets. We only use dimensions.

Correct. It's the same with math; sets can only be created with discrete data.

Challenge I faced 1. tableau is not too good for big data, lot of performance issue

At last interviewer said thank you for time this means he is not selected eventhough he given 99% right answers...why??

Answers were amateurish

You don't need to keep asking too many questions which he had already answer some questions perfectly. He only needs to show how effective in tableau. Don't ask too many questions like viva voce of class 12 exam.

Gurmukh this was a freshers interview.

I guess this is fake interview or Just a Rehearsal why i think like this is look at 8:05 when she asked what are parameters? there is a clip edited there 😅

😂😂😂 interviewer seems to be a teacher ..what is what questions no longer help determining the good candidates ?? No scenario based questions asked.. bad
