SKS Airway flies from Subang to Tioman. Please check with them to choose the schedule. The link is below the video in the description section.

Mind I ask is there any other choices of food beside those of the resort?

There are many places for food outside of the resort. The nearest is a Chinese seafood restaurant just outside the entrance.
