Tiny House Gives Financial Freedom In Expensive City

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Situated on a stunning property on the outskirts of Vancouver, Canada, one of the world’s most expensive real estate markets, is a beautiful tiny house on wheels which has given a hard working couple financial freedom, the opportunity to escape the trappings of the crazy housing market and the ability to look forward to an early retirement.

Luke and Leah got off to an early start in life. Married at 19 and 20 and with kids soon to follow, they quickly fell into the common paradigm of mortgage debt and Vancouver’s incredibly expensive real estate market where a home on the city limits is still likely to cost close to 1 million dollars.

Dreaming of a simple life, the couple fell in love with the concept of tiny house living, and decided to pursue their downsizing dream after their youngest child’s graduation. The couple set out to construct an absolutely stunning tiny home on wheels, off-the-grid capable with solar panels and water collection and some stunning design to make the house a comfortable home.

Living Big In A Tiny House I think $115,000 Cdn is an awesome price for that home! 800 sq ft houses are over a million in the Vancouver area. I’m trying to get my Daughter interested in building one so she can quit renting in Canmore, Alberta which is close to Banff.

Brittany Smith I lived in a small beach cottage that was 500 sq ft. Just an open living room to the kitchen with an island, small bathroom with a compact shower, bedroom that fit my queen bed, one night stand & dresser at foot of bed. Then had a small area at back door with an apartment size stackable front load washer/dryer & pantry. I kept the covered litter box beside the washer. I had 3 cats & two Boston terriers!!! I vacuumed almost every day with a stick vac ( took me 10 minutes max ) & used scoopable litter & cleaned daily. Nobody could smell my pets & people commented about how I had so many animals in such a small space. Only one cat went outdoors.

I cleaned my facebook profile, deleted all the stuff there and told myself, together with the beginning of 20's, not to share any more stuff, because, mostly, nobody cares for what I put there. But I love the tiny houses ideas so much, and, though we live in a large house, I dream about some clever and good made tiny house, minimalism, permacultural garden ... I cannot help myself. I fell in love with this house so much, that I will share my passion. And, maybe, one day, the ideas of minimalist tiny but big life will spread even there, in the central Europe, where everyone's dream is a large house or flat ... And, maybe, my dream will come true one day ... I wish it soooo much. I'd like to wish all the best to this couple of two beautiful people. Have a great life in your tiny house. And, thank you Bryce for being such a great visitor, interviewer, so full of positive emmotions, so kind to the people, showing so much interest ... That's a gift. Thank you for your existence and your YT channel. It's always a huge relaxation for me, to come here and see some of your videos.

carla ifera, I agree! It's like watching on a theatre and the available seats are the ones on the front/first row which clearly no one wants because you're gonna have to look up all the time (which is uncomfy), your eyes will hurt after the movie and the big screen's so near that you couldn't almost focus and don't know what and where you're looking at. (Based on my experience).

You think so? I got a different vibe from watching this, and I am sure there is quite a lot of tension when no camera is around Edit: e.g. the woman constantly talks in a we form, implying that she decides that they like it, without letting her partner speak for himself or even looking at him. Such behavior generally is indicative of a dominant person who doesn't like to be challenged in front of others. And looking at the man's face and body posture I am pretty sure that this is a big reason why there sometimes is a lot of tension between those two

@@tamarren6575 I don't think he was tense. I think she was just excited about the home and she just couldn't hold it in and had a lot to say about it. Some men are just shy and their wives are very open and in your face but not in a bad way. I have a friend like that like sometimes I have to avoid her calls because she can talk and talk and I am an introvert quiet kind of person but she is a great happy soul while her husband is super quiet and the kind if person who might seem to be dominated but he's actually just quiet and laid back. That doesn't mean there is tension. Some women are just vocal. And he seemed to be quite attentive and laid back looking at her and listening to her. Some men just build houses or do a project but that doesn't mean he has to be so loud about it. She was just more into it.

  • @tamarren6575

@@mercynamikoye9084 I disagree. She was more than just vocal. Even if one is very actively talking, one can always remember the others. But this woman does not, she only cares about her perception of things (herself). Just like your friend has not noticed what her way of treating you does. Dominate people are like that, after all the meaning of dominance is exactly that.
