    I have wanted to journal for years. then I came across this book. last week I decided that I would write for a minimum of THIRTY SECONDS every day before I eat my first meal. have done it and am confident I will continue as its such a small thing to do and the prompt is good

    They all share similarities, each author words things slightly different and each have some unique tips and strategies. The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg is another good one!
