That’s the same for both versions. What does change is the animation when you plant that c4, og mw2 just spawns a c4 charge after the player press interact button/key and the remastered version roach plant the c4

You forgot: In the remaster, Maj. Petrov is actually standing in the middle of the soldiers holding Soap at gunpoint, even holding up a megaphone to match his dialogues sound.

My question is why has MW3 not been remastered yet?

Activision confirmed it won't be remastered all the way back in 2020. For the best tbh, it's the worst one of the trilogy

@@toad6565 Not really tho? Modern Warfare have never been known for their strength of storytelling, rather for set pieces, and MW3 is subpar to both previous games in that regard. So you're not really losing on much, the only thing MW3 has going for it is worldwide scale (though I do wish we had worked more with EU country spec-ops instead of them being just cameos and had less of Sandmad and his boring squad)

In the OG, Roach has no legs

Mostly true, however if you go into ufo/ free cam mode during the mission Loose End you can see he in fact has legs (but worse still no head).

@TheEarlsRenegade hence why Shepherd had to resort to going for the chest and not the head. Roach didn't have a head

need mw3 remastered campaign release now

Cliffhanger is the only mission that solidified my fear of heights

Saw someone highlighted the major petrov change, but other details you missed is that they added slide animations in the remastered and you put your snow glasses thingy when riding those snowmobiles And that final jump changed a bit too

What about the Steyr Aug (especially the a1 scope) used by the Russian arctic spetsnaz in the snowy mission, in the OG the AUG they use is mostly AUG A2 varient while the Remastered had both AUG A1 (signature scope) and a AUG A2 (Red Dot Sight)

I just now wondered why the sabotage team has stripes of their own country? 🤔

Both OG and Remaster look really good. But I gotta say OG had the better radio.

They really gotta remaster BO1 and BO2, and bring back their mulitplayer to fix the atrocious montrosity we have in Xbox live
