You can reset it and it will work it happened to mine and it’s fixed but the head motor has locked up

Hi buddy, not sure if you still have this problem. Turn of the wifi module by pressing the wifi button for about 20 seconds. I fixed mine this way.

I have s11. Was doing the samething. I disconnected the wifi feature. Vac worked fine. Then reconnect the wifi feature. Vac is working normal. Got this info from Tineco customer service. Good luck

It’s the filter clogged. The middle filter. It’s says this in the manual

Did you end up finding out why it was doing this? Mine is now doing the same thing

Disconnect the wifi feature. See if that works. If it does work then reconnect wifi. Good luck

Disconnected wifi function. Should take care of the issue. Then you can reconnect wifi. Did it with mine. Only thing is when I reconnect my wifi it stops working again So I can't use this feature.

All these digital Screens and sensors make the experience troublesome at times. Go basic people and you’ll run into less problems. Just like newer cars with the big touch screens. Tech=Undependable and unreliable.

Buy a Dyson and stop being cheap 🤪

Was thinking of buying one, now not sure! Is there a clog at the head or in the pipe? Did you check all filters? If the inner filters are dirty it will cut out... please keep us updated.. thanks...from another Aussie😊
