I am heartbroken, but I will forever cherish the memories we shared and the moments we spent together. Tina touched the souls of people around the world through her talent, strength, and unwavering spirit. Tina's music and her story will continue to inspire and uplift us for generations to come. I offer my deepest condolences to her millions of fans around the world. Rest in peace, my dear Ann. You will be deeply missed. @Happy Thoughts Such a biased and ignorant statement. I don't know you, but an educated guess would tell me that you cannot back up your statement statistically or otherwise. How could you possibly know what MOST Black women do? BTW most Black men don't grow up to murder their family members. What kind of mother did you have to produce a child with such unfounded, hateful, and biased opinions? Even if you have to do some research, learn what ethnicity or nationality murders or hires murderers to eliminate relatives for money the most. What ethnicities and nationalities grow up to be racists who annihilate and disenfranchise entire populations? What did their mothers do to produce such a high number of them?

  • @sereneamani1713

    @sereneamani1713

    Жыл бұрын

    @Happy Thoughts I am assuming by your reply that you are a Black man. Is that correct? Why do you attribute to me being "mad and having "hurt feelings, or being "triggered" because of my expression of my opinion? ALSO, I do not ignore FACTS. You didn't express FACTS. You cannot use the term 'most" without specific data. Your "data" seems to originate from YOUR opinion, experience, and environment. How large is your sample size? MOST Black people are not criminal. How many Black people in the U. S. do you actually know to say what most Black women or people do? THAT IS MY POINT! Your use of personal opinion rather than statistical evidence. Again, YOU do not know most Black women. As far you declaring that I (a Black woman that you do not know) 'choosing to not reflect on what's wrong within our race" is another conclusion not based on knowledge, fact, or logical reasoning. In my professional role as a psychotherapist, I specifically address issues of our (and other) community. And also in my spiritual and family roles. But you wouldn't know that because you form conclusions based on scant data, limited experience, and biased opinions. In my opinions, our problems as a specific people and community result from years of legalized slavery, jim crow, segregation, discrimination, deliberate and planned disenfranchisement in every area of life. REALLY READ & STUDY the legal and political history of the country you live in. However, now, we suffer from what every community suffers from. Mainly lack of spirituality and ignorance of and a disregard our history.

    My dad was a musician. Before he died I remember him saying he remembered meeting Tina or rather being in the company of fellow musicians. He said she kept her head down and didn't say anything. He said he felt that she was going through a lot. I asked him what made him think that? He said she was a country girl and he was a country boy. He said country boys know country girls. He was a sensitive man. So he probably sensed her pain. May they both rest in peace and perhaps they're jamming in heaven.

    I totally understand Tina moving away. I grew up in a very low end part of Atlanta., and today by God's grace; I've traveled extensively around the world, and currently live in Johns Creek, Georgia. My family kind of looks at me different because of (that) but I had to move because nobody wants nothing out of life, and that's painful and depressing to watch, and like Ms. Robbie, I couldn't just stay a shoulder to cry or vent on, and be your ATM. No one really comes to visit being I'm 40 miles north of the city, and that's alright with me, because I'll take peace over pain any day. I love my family and friends, but you have to want something, even if it's $10 more on your check, SOMETHING out of life. Let it go, the past is over, it's ok to live a new life, it's ok to get healthy and put the fried foods down, get a new prospective. Ike was our projects growing up and like Tina, you have to get the courage and LEAVE.

    @@nikkideevah Do you have children? Mother's rarely stop loving their children. I am not Miss Robbie, and I don't know exactly how she feels about this unbearable situation. But because I am a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, I have a sense of what she's feeling. I know how I would feel, and I think her emotions are similar. I would still love my son, but ABSOLUTELY HATE HIS ACTIONS and mourn dearly for my grandson. I would be so torn and weary. This situation is unbearable, but I would bear it in some way (just like she is trying to do). I can imagine the toll it is taking on her mental, emotional, and physical health. This situation is enough to literally kill you. If my children started businesses using my name and reputation without my permission, they would get sued, but I'd still love them. IT IS DIFFICULT (if not impossible) to STOP LOVING YOUR CHILDREN, no matter what they do. I hope and PRAY to never be in her shoes. There are many historical precedents to this situation.

She moved somewhere where she found love, happiness and most of all peace. She was incredibly talented and a very strong woman. So happy she found someone who loved her the way she deserved to be loved. RIP Ms. Ana-Mae Bullock, aka Tina. ❤ 🙏🏼❤ Forever the Queen of Rock “n” Roll.

    I’m giving a huge comforting air hug through my cell phone to Miss Robbie for the loss of her old dear friend/band mate sister, Ann. BTW… I will call Tina, Ann in my comment. It broke my heart when Robbie mentioned about Ann moving to Europe, and everyone told Robbie that Ann didn’t want to be reminded of her past, that means Robbie’s apart of Ann’s past. By the way Ann mentioned Robbie to Oprah, and the part where Ann (aka Tina) said to Robbie, “I don’t mean to cry Robbie…”, I can tell that Ann still loves Robbie very much, and never forgot everything Robbie did to help Ann through her dark times. I will respect Robbie’s privacy, but I wish I knew how she is doing after the loss of her beloved friend, Ann. It also broke my heart when Robbie felt that when she had to leave Ann, Robbie felt that she left Ann by herself. I’m glad that Tina’s ex-spouse got the karma he got coming to him. Once Tina made her solo debut with Private Dancer album, she was on top of the world as the queen of Rock ‘n Roll, a Grammy award winner, starred in movies like Mad Max Beyond Thunder Dome w/ Mel Gibson. The movie about her career and bad marriage to that SOB assaultive, abusive monster, got Oscar nominations, including Angela Basset’s best actress nomination as Tina Turner. So many accomplishments, plus a successful marriage to her loving husband. RIP Anna Mae Bullock (forever known as Tina Turner) 😪🙏🏼🫶🏼

    @@MissTXTee Are you old? I am and see more sadness amongst youngsters who've lost their peers. IMO, that is even sadder because it's premature and should not be a common occurrence. Also, just think, elders are often surrounded by younger family, friends, and associates, so we're not alone. It is so wonderful that death, sickness. sadness, and sorrow will soon be a thing of the past on this earth (Rev. 21:;1-4).
