Tina Arculetta is a chef from Jemez Pueblo. She tells the story of her starting her food-making journey on the side of the road in Jemez with her family then slowly working her way up to making plant-based healthy foods to sell at her local gas station. In the video she in the middle of construction of her new restaurant in Albuquerque New Mexico that is now open for business.
Together We Help is a short film series following 3 business owners building their communities through their craft. This series is 3 parts featuring Sheila Davis, a potter from Laguna Pueblo, Tudor Montage from Yuma, and Tina Arculetta from Jemez Pueblo.
