Isn't that how a "normal person" should act? Asking questions back? I mean, I just don't get why we are praising celebrities for behavior that should be normal. They are eating together, it isn't a typical interview setting.

Edward is so informal and chilled! Doesn't have the cold vibe of a Vogue editor, he seems very likeable. I bet he gets good interviews

he captures sentiment and emotion like very few actors can. If you are not moved by his crying in Call Me By Your Name, you are a rock.

I will never forget the first time I saw Timothee in an interview, on Ellen. I remember thinking to myself, who is this guy? and not caring much for the interview, though he seemed very kind and obviously shy in front of the audience. Little did I know he would be an actor to spark my love for movies a little more again, because the way he chooses to play characters is with such emotionality and heart... I love it. I love the way he acts. It's what makes him special. And I love how he barely had to do any actual screaming/angry scenes to be considered an amazing actor ahah

the first time I saw him was on Jimmy Fallon I think in 2017 when he was doing promo for beautiful boy and I was just getting ready for school in the morning, there were Jimmy Fallon reruns on tv at that time and I knew absolutely nothing about him. After that interview though I was subliminally captivated and followed some of his fan pages 🤣. I wish I could go back in time and see what I exactly did after seeing his interview on tv lol.

Sees every job as a learning experience, superb team player, doesn’t just say great cast & crew- names names & what a privilege it was to work with them & why So incredibly articulate, never boastful. Go back & find the interview where he says he took the 1 page dialogue part in Hostiles just so he could watch Christian Bale at work. Obviously a huge phenomenon but still sweet & kind to fans. Amazing human deep to his soul❤

He's as adorable as he is talented. So refreshing to see someone who doesn't take himself so seriously even though he's a pretty serious deal.

Every time I watch or read or just see anything with Timothée I grow more and more endeared. He is so clearly and prominently a lovely soul and I hope beyond hope that permeates past the public persona. To my eye, it does, and that makes me truly happy. I wish for nothing but wonder and happiness for him.

This interviewer was phenomenal. It was such a good back and forth between the two. Had great insight and was able to add on to Timothee answers fantastically.

He's graceful modest self-effacing while at the same time he knows his worth. He is grounded, aware of any form of surface influences. Staying true to his upcoming artistry. He's a true star. Such a great vive and energy coming from him…😍
