I'm Laurens nan. I cannot tell you her story on here but believe me she has been to hell and back. She is such a strong young lady. She has known her young man since she was 14. He has been her saviour along with all her family. Since the filming all 3 if these ladies has lost a considerable amount of weight. I'm so happy that she felt beautiful. I don't feel beautiful ever and I'm underweight which isn't healthy but I have the shape that people say is "ideal" (btw it isn't ideal). No one can please everyone so they should just please themselves first.

If they’re diagnosed with depression it can make them unmotivated or any other mental illness can discourage them. I’m not attacking you by any means and I see where you’re coming from, but I just feel that maybe you should inform your point of view in a kinder way.

I guess they are trying to feel better about their own sorry little selves by making somebody else feel even worse about themselves. It is despicable and pathetic. Screw those people you are beautiful either way those scars are part of you that shows how strong you are and that you are warrior and you been through hell and back yet you are still here. Have similar experience here! I got bullied for 6 years from junior high school to senior high school for having big boobs. Its genetic & I can't do anything about it.. I cried & ate in toilet because I feel ashamed of my body, I'm afraid if I go to canteen students will mocking me in front of other people like they used to mocked me in classroom. But now, I said screw those people! I am Me. Never ever giving up to be happy & be the beautiful you only because what other negative people said 😊

I have been watching Jone and her partner on KZread since I got tired of Klienfields say yes to the dress. Not that its nit a fun show but it lacks depth. But this britsh show has it all. I'm litterly obsessed with the way they help each and every bride come to there full potential. They have such giving and kind hearts. They are like the fairy God mothers where they are needed the most. And this episode just made me tear up the most. Truely heartfelt and magical. I prey for this girls full recovery.

I have goose bumps just seeing this amazingly beautiful young bride grow with confidence and finally able to see herself fully. We all have scars of some kind because life is hard, but I am so glad that Lauren, and her family, realize that those scars serve as proof that God was watching over us and Lauren is one fierce woman to have fought the demons and won. She could just get a stole -just in case she might get nervous or the day might be chilly. Just as a back up for peace of mind. And then hopfully not feel like using it.

Wow I can’t stop crying !! She looks so beautiful , her face totally changes when she smiles . My son has gone through lots of mental health problems and spent several years as a teenager cutting his arms , legs , ankles , you name it . He seems to be turning a corner finally age 17, after several years. It is truly amazing to see someone come out of this and find confidence and happiness . Good luck for the future x❤️

I remember being the girl who would wear long sleeved jumpers during Australian summers just to hide my wrists and arms. It didn't matter if it was 20°C or 45°C, you can bet I was wearing long sleeves. I get so emotional when I see other people becoming comfortable in their own skin. It's so hard to love who you are and show your scars when you've been hiding them for years.

I've have had close personal experience with a similar situation and I feel qualified to say hiding those scars and trying to deal with everything on your own, in secret only makes it worse. There is absolutely nothing to be ashamed of and if people tell you otherwise don't take it to heart because they are not thinking deeply enough. They are thinking at a superficial level which is of no use to anyone.

I would go to her wedding and fight anyone who dared to bring up her scars at HER OWN WEDDING. It takes so much courage to wear something without sleeves when you have scars like that, and this bride rocks her dress, scars and all.

I love curvy bride Boutique and i love these two ladies iam not curvy my self but it's like a journey the brides made in this Boutique to love them self more and to be more confident that's why i love it cause i have been try to love me more Every one deserve that Happy this part of the show is back Lovely and beautiful bride

20 seconds into the video and immediately thought was “wow she’s beautiful” and I havent even seen the dress yet. She will look gorgeous on her day no matter what.

Wow not sure I have ever bawled so hard watching these episodes! Such a beautiful family, so moving. She looked absolutely stunning in that dress.

The amazing thing is all the plus size ladies on the show are usually so shy, reserved, not body confident but I'm like, you have a man that wants to marry you. That is the main plus! Someone loves you so much they want to share their life with you.

That is one gorgeous dress and one gorgeous girl- and she's wearing her victory scars on her arm!! If you heard my testimony you'd never believe it- but God is good and faithful all the time!! You know - I DID notice the neat purple colors on the bride’s nails! I love purple!

I love how the dress made her show her emotions not just to others but you can see she believes it as well everyone deserves happiness and she on the road for life long happiness despite everything she's been through and that's amazing to see❤❤❤

Jo and Al are so caring and wonderful at making the bride to be feel so safe and able to leave feeling more happy and confident secure on the knowledge that they look and feel like a beautiful bride 👍🌸💕
