The beat of this song reminds me of "Chillin' Like a Villain" from Descendants 2. Though this one was clearly first :)

From KZread: MrElradiofantastique Some have said it might be my old band, Times Two...but it's not. However, It sounds like a song written by Michael Price and Bobby Sandstrom in the 80's. I was in a crappy boy band called Times Two, and we were forced to record 3into 2. We tried to copy the sound of whoever sang the demo for the aforementioned songwriters. To me, , the mystery song you're probably looking for, sounds like the singers that I heard on the demo we were handed for this song. . It's just a wild guess. Johnny Dollar is dead BTW
