Timer countdown bugs

After APCR production complete, I clicked receive button and choose Phoenix. But the APCR was not received. The I clicked exchange button to produce APCR again, but the timer countdown was freezed. I check to other countdown and all of the timer are freezed (armor & gun maintenance also freezed)
