A fan from the UK who has come across your blog and really enjoy watching a taste of the real Spain and its current affairs! I will be delving deeper into this fantastic product after your informative review! Gracias x
Thanks, Stew. I was checking out reviews of Timekettle translators today and up you popped. After watching your channel most days, I appreciated your honest review. You sold me, and I have ordered mine today. See you tonight
Those translator earbuds are brilliant! Thanks for sharing, Stu!
Quite impressive. Thank you for the presentation💞
Those are really neat. Thanks for sharing, I'll have to look into those!.
I just ordered these. I travel to Spain every chance I get. I speak Spanish, but not perfectly. I have a Spanish girlfriend that does not speak English. I a looking forward to being her robot. I am super excited thinking about taking orders. She is Cuban, lives in Madrid.
Thanks very much for the product introduction, tests and review. Very good demonstration of what it does. Good job and keep it up! God bless:)
Thanks Stu, just ordered these and will let you know how things go....ciao
Babel Fish from Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy came immediately to mind; happy to see in the comments others made the connection as well!
awesome review; I look forward to getting mine to watch foreign movies without subtitles.
Hello friend, thank you so much for your great work! You are awesome!❤
Interesting! Would love to see these in action down here in Huelva where they speak "Andaluz" (very fast, missing out word endings and 's's). It's the "Geordie" of Spain! Even people from Madrid can't understand the locals speaking.
Very useful product
Why was the video doctored to hide the delay in translation? No mention of delays in translation. An obvious marketing video.
Looks interesting but each time you want to have conversation with someone they need to put a bud in their ear, that would be a hassle and not to mention hygiene!
Very handy! ( But should be called " babble fish" as in hitchhikers guid comedy😀) my spanish is very poor and this will help. I recently commented to a lady that her dog had beautiful eyes.....only to find i had said " eggs'" not eyes!😨. Fortunately we sorted it out and both had a good laugh! ( Thank goodness).
Seems to be a great product. A couple of queries: (1) are these languages already uploaded in the cloud? (2) must I pay for every desired language I upload? (3) is there a yearly subscription fee to continuously maintain each language?
I guess it's like listening to sub titles and you were quite slow and clear in your speech. Don't know if it'd be as good with a fast idiomatic type of speech. Impressive, though.
Being a retired teacher of castellano in the states, I am not yet able to accept more technology which removes the personal interaction between two people attempting to communicate with each other. Guess you may be unemployed in the near future if this gadget super takes off. The true learning of a World Language is rapidly becoming a dying art. I recently returned from a 2 week stay in Spain with the sole purpose of speaking Spanish. I spent 46 years teaching the language, but I am not Hispanic. With all this new technology, looks like I retired at the right time. I believe your friend did not have to rely on the translations which he heard during your conversations since has spent some time living in Spain. De Elaine la profe recien jubilada de NJ
