It's hard to tell in the video but this timer is nicely made. The display is vivid and easy to read. There's more to it than you might imagine. I didn't even get into the remote control in this video. It features your standard stopwatch functions as well as count up and count down timers. There's also the facility to set alternating periods of exercise and rest, which is important to get the most benefit from your efforts in the workout arena. I'll be honest I got this timer to use in videos where I need an on-screen timer and I think it will work well for this purpose. If you need something like this and you buy this one, I think the odds are good you'll be happy with your purchase.
