This the first otoscope of this type I've had a look at. It's 90 degree (or is it 70 degrees?) handle design makes it look and function more like the type you'd find in a doctor's office. It sends images to your phone via WIFI and it connected quickly and easily for me on my iPhone 8+, so I assume it will work equally well for people who own a phone that was made THIS century! I like the cone attachment as it centres the camera and makes easy to quickly get the correct angle to view the eardrum or see any debris in front of or on it. The 720p image is clear and the 6 tiny LEDs provide plenty of illumination so you can easily see. You can also flip the image to correctly see the orientation of each ear and taking photos and videos is quick and painless as well. This is likely the best otoscope I've tried in terms of seeing the eardrum quickly but I have to say a pencil style scope is better for cleaning. If you have children tho, I would ONLY use the cone attachment to see if a doctor's visit is warranted and leave any actual cleaning or clearing of debris to qualified medical professionals. A punctured ear drum and/or damage to the ear mechanism can cause temporary or permanent hearing reduction or in some cases DEAFNESS!
