If he was actually from 4040, he wouldn’t speak a language even remotely recognizable to modern day English. Evolution of language is such that beyond around 600 years, you couldn’t even understand a language. So if we time traveled back to 1400 we couldn’t understand English of that day. So Adam, how long does it take for you to do a Google search from Pluto? Assuming the Galactic ISP is on Earth it would take 4 hrs 30 mins roughly for your query to reach Earth then another 4.5 hrs for the response to your device. That's nine hours travel time.

why would you think wifi is only on earth? ofcourse by then we would already have cables with fiber optics to the moon and other planets so that wifi is everywhere .... there's access points everywhere, even on Pluto.
