Uncle E, inadvertently teaching us to tie a tie, and getting us to sleep all at the same time. Perfection.

Traditional ASMRs are the only good ones. Most ASMRtists just make average or trashy Mass production videos. Additionally most ASMRtists are straigthup cringe, fake or weird. They first of all want the easy money or attention. Sad, but true for the majority of ASMR creators.

Absolutely love the intro to getting ready that personally is a new asmr fave hope too see more mostly with what sounds with getting ready and the clock.
For years, your channel has definitely been one of my favorite asmr channels
god, i can’t even emphasise how much i love your videos. Your triggers, as much as people say this , are seriously So Unique. The marker ball bearings, i’ve always been playing with it and making noises with them but i’ve never seen anyone actually do it in an asmr video. Until now!! The clock ticking, wow that was just incredibly relaxing . I just love the simplicity yet Creativity of your triggers!! Much love uncle E ❤
I gotta hand it to you. Your channel has a great face. Your ASMR is next level, and I'll be sure to go back four seconds. You really know how to help people unwind.

Thank you for putting me to sleep for the last six years I've been watching you. It's awesome that the quality has only improved.
Uncle e is honestly the best and makes sure we're taken care of, thank you so much, we love you and appreciate all of what you do for us
Thank you Uncle E. As always you deliver quality content at just the right hour
The quality of your whispers are always on a different level. Loved this ❤
Brilliant, funny and witty channel. Plus no annoying adverts that come on full blast when I’m trying to relax / fall asleep. Keep up the good work mr. Hi from 🏴🏴
Thank you for your videos; they always have such a feel-good vibe to them and its so nice to find myself smiling or even laughing as the sleepiness kicks in. Appreciate you and all the work you put into this channel!
Nice!! Absolutely perfect timing for my afternoon nap!! Thank you for all your hard work, Rift!!
I could use the first two minutes and thirty seconds on a constant loop for 8 hrs. Amazing video. Really helped me sleep last night.
absolutely love that you use the chapters feature, makes it 100x easier to skip back to my favorite parts, or skip the parts that dont work for me
Perfection in every sound, thank you so much!
The tuning fork sounds are amazing. Could make me fall asleep so quick.
grateful for all the amazing videos, have been watching for years and you always keep surprising us with creative ideas!! thanks so much!!
This guy ASMR is on utmost class ! So disciplined and organised! Salute
You absolutely have your own lane in this craft. Nobody does AMSR the way you do.
I merely found your channel last night. I was so impressed. I wanted to let you know that my tibia and my left leg. I'm fighting an infection in the bone and I receive your healing. I had to listen to it to the end they cannot go to sleep, so I hope to enjoy it. Again thank you for your intuition the healing.
I’ve never been able to sleep in a room with a ticking clock (left over childhood fear of the crocodile from Peter Pan 😂) but this clock somehow has a different ticking pattern that made it soothing instead. Absolutely magical video as always.

Maybe it’s because it ticks 4 times per second, rather than once. There’s no anticipation for the next tick, something that tends to cause a lot of anxiety in people.
"Good now" has become my preferred method of greeting people, especially when traveling.
Lately sleeping for me has become an excruciating experience, with anxiety, frustration and anger. I tried everything to fix my insomnia but nothing is really working. ASMR doesn't solve all my problems, but it sure makes them more bearable. Thanks for everything.

So far I'm 3/3 for falling asleep to the clock ticking. Can't get enough of it!
This is the first video I've ever seen of him and I subbed so darn fast lol. The dude looks so fancy is everything he does, he produces quality sound, and seems like he could answer just about every question about the Earth haha!
Thanks man. I really enjoyed the clock section a ton in the other video. So happy to see more.
The sharpie sounds are indeed very relaxing!! I never even noticed it from the other video
Timezones are a funny thing. As of time of writing, this video was released 19 hours ago when I was asleep. Now I am trying to sleep as it is quite past my bedtime, and lo! Now is the perfect time to watch this video.
Nothin like a new Uncle E upload to knock me out right after a long 12 hours of hospital night shift. He is truly a godsend :D
Nah deadass thought he pulled out a bag of za za💀
I appreciate the video length, keeps me from needing to switch videos so I can focus on sleeping
This video is helping me stay calm and focused as I work, thank you! The risk of falling asleep is better than being anxious and irritated 😂
I love how I just went from listening to metal to watching this. 😂 Can’t resist the Rift.
I like to imagine that while Rift is dressed up in the suit jacket and tie, he just has pajama pants on below
I don’t know how he manages to pull off so many good outfits for the asmrs. Keep up the good work! Love the vids.
How did you manage to record such clear sounds?! This is what I love to hear it makes my brain and sensory calm as I’m easily triggered with small sounds that sets me off fully awake again and irritated. Thank you very much for making this asmr ❤️
This video is so good, E. I can’t believe it, but the clocks actually relax me so much
I have probably watched this video 30 times, I have this and another few videos from this channel that I use every night when I go to sleep

Although I found your channel back when Elvis the Alien made a commentary video on ASMR channels, I’ve been consistently watching every single night before I go to bed for about a year now. And without a doubt it has done numbers for me. I have super bad anxiety and all that, so it’s seriously so nice to be able to just relax and focus on your videos when I can’t stop thinking. Not to mention the comedy, mental health talks, and abundant creativity every time. I have so much to thank you for Uncle Rift, so thank you.

As funny as it sounds, a tongue bone is actually a thing. It's called hyoid bone. It's shaped like a horse shoe, and is in fact the only bone that is not directly connected to any other ones near it.

Thank you for the good content. I love your channel
Reminds me when I was a kid and my father would get ready to work early in the morning while I was still in bed listening to these sounds.
The clock sounds akin to rain, like water dropping from a tin roof to a gutter. Very atmospheric.
