I pulled into a gas station one time after having tried to quit smoking for 5 or so years. I saw a kid smoking playing music loud immediate conviction took me over I knew I couldnt be that influence on those younger then me. I told God take it from me the next day it was completely gone. No withdrawals nothing. I had became like a person who never smoked.

I’m guilty of being a frog, not realizing that I’ve been drained and being a puppet to someone else’s actions. I no longer want to feel dismissed. I want to be supported, not when I finally ran get told I should have went farther.

i see alot of people go through trauma and become something they wasnt supposed to be. they follow a path of destruction and drugs and drinking and its something i would ever do. ive lost alot and everyone but never took temporary comfort in the drug use
