Too bad the ceiling is low. Would've been amazing if you had a higher ceiling to fit desk on an elevated platform so o you can have a bird eye view on all your cars.

GTA game was made for ppl who just doesn't know how to live this life like a real man (or just kids who want to know what it feels like) Stop wasting your precious time on videogames, you only got one life - so go and at least try to live it like MANny. I think GTA was made to show how you should actually live, and why exactly you need to get rich, think about that.. This is literally a real life simulator, basically, it shows you what is achievable, and must be done.

It's amazing how humble Manny comes across. I like how he deals with his GREAT SUCCESS *BORAT VOICE*

Oh, how to have a busy day of moving my super cars into a new, custom, super dream garage to test fit the layout and fitment. Having to jump start cars, filling them with gas pulling them in and out. Oh, and most importantly, picking which cars to take! That's a day to say at the end of "that was a long day" 🤭😍😉 Love it. And I love living my dream life vicariously through you Manny. Thank you so much for your time and effort, and your willingness to let us all into your life so that we may enjoy it all with you. You are truly a humble and inspiring man. Thank you again and congrats on your new home. (I just took a step closer to my forever dream home. It's a home I didn't think I was going to get but the universe aligned and, of course, through my hard work and effort, I was handed the keys last night!) Manny I enjoy you adding staff/ people who work for you in videos. Gives it more of a authentic feel. You know day to day interactions. Not sectioned off in a since persona. It’s the main reason people who watched KZread from the beginning still do and became are primary sources of entertainment in the day.

8:19 , maybe have some sort of a mobile desk that you can get it out of the way easily and move it back? it's a shame you cannot put it in the middle

You should consider installing cameras behind the pillars of the garage and placing screens in front of the pillars to display what's behind them. This way, you can have a clear view from all angles without any obstructions.

Every time I see the speedtail, I think of a car almost silent. It looks so smooth that the sound it produces is always a very pleasant surprise. Amazing

(Suggetion) About the Desk, how about putting it in one of the entrence coners and have it on a bit of an eleveted platform for a better view at the cars. The middle desk setup does work pefectly too.

Manny you should put your desk on a spinner in the middle, if it only takes up half the disk it could spin with the car on the other half to enter/exit! I've Never seen that done before!

You could install some kind of platform which needs a couple of steps up, raising the corner area and your desk so you can see over the top of the cars and have a great view of the room.

U should cover the ceiling supporting beam with mirrors or diamond effect

I dont know if i would like the desk close were the cars would closely park and pass by, I would put it in the center (where you said ideally be) and just make a second wall with the length of the desk (maybe a little bit more) to divide the desk/garage to the inner entrance of the house. That way if any car is having something done or anyone moves it, you are not directly close to it handling calls or meetings. Plus, is the ideal view to see them all.

More than a lucky day for cameramen Nate and car detailer. They got to drive multi million dollars worth of cars. That is insane. Cheers to Manny Khoshbin for trusting them

Get a retractable desk coming threw the floor to have it centered in the middle of the entrance to have a view of all your cars.

I was walking from SC Mall to my Hotel, Google Maps took me on a long walk, but I got to see the new Khoshbin HQ on the way with the silver SLR parked at the front. Love the property, Manny! I thought of waiting longer at the Gate to say hi, but the Sun forced me to head back :)

You can put the desk in the front entry facing towards the door in the middle, and the cars could be the view that your visitors see, also wont have to travel that long to get in and out.⭐️ Also, the cars would be away from unauthorised entry.

i know this is a late suggestion but id say it would be even better if you put the desk where you said (where the Bagatti is) but get a platform to raise where the desk is so you literally see everything

Ok @MannyKhoshbinyt I have the perfect idea! Put the desk in the corner but build a raised platform so that you can feel like you're on top of the cars for the view when sitting. Don't know if you have allowance build a 1ft platform plus your own high so you don't hit your head while jumping off your feet.

That is the best garage design I've seen, Ill build one of those for my cars one day.

There should be a button where you can suspend your desk from the ceiling, and it just lowers and raises when you need it. You're rich, you'll figure it out. More space for 2 cars that way
