Very useful and important session (A few Keypoints noted by me) => Purposes of Time Management (T.M) *Efficiency and Productivity *Time-saving *Improvement in Quality of work *Control on work, Sense of Responsibility, and Accountability *Stress Reduction and Satisfaction => T.M Techniques * Value your time, Don't waste it. * Note down things, do paper work. *Define Goals and Priorities. *Review Habits, Repeat Routine => Planning Approaches * Time-Based: Time bound, Time duration is defined * Task-Based: Time plus Tasks are defined * Easy to Difficult: Confidence is achieved, Skill is polished, Image/Name is earned, Team is built * Best Performance Time: Making use of best time (energized and productive time) => Reset Your Mode/Energy (Recharge yourself) * Take Breaks: Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Fix a particular time duration => Delegation/Distribution of work * Knowing the strengths/weaknesses of team members * Don't over commit or create fake impressions/expectations. * Determining feasibility and practical implementation * Must have a space or backup plan if the Plan is failed or is interrupted by problems or unexpected events. => 100% Efficiency or accuracy is impossible, T.M may work or sometimes may not work.
