I like all of it apart from to do lists being negative? I find writting out my goals and breaking big tasks down visually helps me tackle them, also sometimes when I get busy constantly setting new goals, working towards the never ending tasks set for myself in life that it's easy to forget just how much has been accomplished. When i stumble across an old list or look back through my notes its really invigorating to remember just how much I had in fact accomplished in say 12 months, its easy to overlook that sometimes I used to dream of being where I am today, and striving for more its easy to feel like not much has been achieved, its a cool reminder and peronally sparks some extra motivation. Anyways just my thoughts, cheers

Very well laid out video. One critique, the audio needs tweaking big time. S's and T's are extremely harsh and sharp and I had to turn my volume down just to tolerate the sounds. Unfortunately, a natural derivative of your voice. Good news, getting rid of this should be very easy in a post processing software like Audacity or Adobe Audition. Cheers mate, keep up the good work.

I don't understand the problem with the to do list. Even noting on the calendar is a sort of to do listing, to be done at a particular point of time.

  • @Aaron637

Dont keep to do lists? Disagree. A better method is simply to prioritize your to do list. Great other points though.
