One complementary step that would fit with what you’ve proposed is a couple targeted changes to character points or Echoes list between releases. The last 2 mo of the Resurgence meta were soooooo different because of the early Jan changes…

It's an interesting point, and begs a question - do we think a meta-shift/re-balance carries the same impact as new content? If so, then that's certainly the lower calorie answer. There certainly would be a limit to how many of those could be done in-between content drops, for sure though.

Dicemasters tried a similar things with “team packs” that were little mini expansions. And it let them add groups that may not have been worth a full release which was fun. So maybe an EU mini set with Mara Jade and some other less mainstream characters and cards.

@@DiceCommandomostly supplemental but they also were supporting Super Hero fans while they made sets related to things like DnD perhaps to keep them happy.
