The good news is they can see they are close to being completed. Spring looks realistic for completion. When you are one of the first to buy into these communities it can take a while for the amenities to be built. Once they are completed they will be amongst some of the best around. Fees are reduced while the amenities are not open, but not fully. In 2006 -2008 communities failed and owners were stuck in communities that never built out.

@@TheGuilletteGroupLiveJoySWFL right and that could happen again but not here. All the displaced people who are getting good insurance payouts are scooping up Lennars inventory and holding up prices which is not the case across a lot of the country. Love your videos.

@@johnkatrich2954 couldn't have siad it better myself! Now if we could get rates below 7% again things would really be picking up! We were at Verdana Village today and there was a line for both sales offices. That hasn't been the case for the past 6 months. I don't want to get back to such a lopsided market, but activity and interest remain. Pricing is the most important lever that can be pulled. Buyers have some options now.
