mizzmini45 she was far from boring, she was a well layered person with a lot of interests which was shown by the fact that she was branching out into many other ventures and she was also a great singer but often sung within herself in a low octave in order to create a unique sound which was innovative (which worked) and also when performing she would dance a lot so it was impossible to go high because she would be out of breath, but there's no doubt that she could sing with the best of them when she wanted, a beautiful talent and you shouldn't disrespect her when you are clearly not well educated on her life and career

As a musician, music is an integral part of your identity. For me, I can feel my true self through my music because it's a deeper, higher form of expression. I can identify that in other people's music as well because I can relate to the feeling. Music touches me somewhere deep and that part of me (my soul) can connect like a transformer (like Timbaland said come to think of it) with another artist's.

I can't begin to tell you how her death affected me. My peeps was about to send me to see a therapist. It was serious. There's power in prayer!

This was sad, and I feel like this was depressing for me too, but I also feel like she was too good for this world and there was so many things wrong with her death. From her uncle, to hype williams, to the pilot and irritation. Sometimes it isn’t good to continue to be depressed after someone’s passing and you have to move on and better yourself. I do pray that she went to Heaven. ❤️

Can't flex I cried like a baby when she died. She was my 1st crush. It's was something about her that I have not seen in any other female celebrity since. Gorgeous is an understatement to how beautiful she truly was. Thinking about it now it still hurts. We didn't need that Rock the Boat video. Still hard to watch that. RIP Aaliyah ❤️🙏🏾

If you watch just a few interviews with Aaliyah, you see what a kind, fun and beautiful person she was. Nobody is perfect, but Aaliyah's certain 1 of the most beautiful human beings this world has ever known.

I will never forget where I was when I found out she died. 2001 was the craziest year. The death of Aaliyah then on 9/03/01 Thuy Trang (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers the Yellow Ranger) dies and then 9/11/01 happen
