HIGHLY recommend Austin & Rob's version of "Nessun Dorma", YES!! You don't have to be an opera fan to appreciate the sheer awesomeness of what they're doing. You don't even have to understand the Italian they're singing. It's on Austin's channel. Titled "Two Country Singers TRY singing Opera", but don't let the title fool ya. They did *much more* than "try"! I guarantee you'll never look at Rob the same again. 😳🤯😉❤

Oh yeah, I play "My Maria" all the time, especially if I need a pick-me-up. You can't be blue listening to that song by those two guys.

Another road you might consider is Tim Foust and Peter Hollens, particularly Misty Mountain. It will surprise you!

"Will you still love me tomorrow/Stay " is my favorite of his solo ones...

Will you still love me/stay are tied with Duke of earl and the lion sleeps tonight for me. In the heat of the night gets honorable mention...m.but there isn't a bad song on tims album.

A Beach Boys classic. Tim also has one thing the Beach Boys never had, a bass.

He also does a cover of Stay, and Will you still love me. That will leave you speechless!!!

You should listen to Tim will you still love me tomorrow. Rob and Austin do two country boy try to sing opera. Austin does solo Brin him home for La Mes and is a musical theater song. Once you listen to all of this you will have a better understanding of why they are great. They do most of there on productions and Tim and Austin write a lot of their own music. Chance does some writing also. If you just watch them as they sing you will truly fine the secret ingredient that makes them great. They love to sing together and love each other.

This is a Beach Boys oldie. So enjoyed your reaction to it. Yes to Nessus Dorma. Can’t wait to see your reaction to it, opera fan or not you will be blown away!

To be honest. Check out the Opera. Austin and Rob sing. Rob is absolutely outstanding.

Brian Wilson and the Beach Boys did this in the 60s. It was beautiful then ... and now.

Tim did most of this on the back end of Covid. He did his parts, layers, out of his home in Nashville while Darren Rust, the sound engineer for Home Free and the musical director for their songs since 2016, ran remote production from his Studio in Minnesota. During COVID, Tim, Austin (Nashville) and Chance (LA) did the same thing for their parts for all the recordings Home Free did during that time. Rob lives very close to Darren’s studio and Adam has his own recording studio equipment at his home in Minnesota for his sound mixing. They all had to learn how to use their phones for video capture during that time, but the productions were novel and entertaining.

As others have mentioned this song was originally sung by The Beach Boys, a five-man band. Tim did all the parts and I believe he also did the beatboxing. ... and yes, you definitely should listen to Rob and Austin doing "Nessun Dorma". You'll love it!

This was always my favorite Beach Boys song and Tim nailed. Most definitely react to Rob and Austin doing Nessum Dorma. It just gives you even more appreciation to how talented these guys are vocally. Promise, you will enjoy it despite being "opera".

Loved this Beachboys song,especially during my years of teenage angst. Yes,definitely do Rob and Austin singing Nessun Dorma. You may recognize the song. Pavarotti made it famous. It's on Austin's KZread channel. It has brought reactors to tears. The multifaceted talent of these men is amazing. I love that they share their gift with us! Thanks for the reaction.

Tim, Austin and Chance all do solo music stuff on their private channels, Austin and Tim are also in another band with some other musicians together called Sweet+Low, with instruments for that. And yes, do Nessum Dorma

Tim dropped this to his patrons January 2021 and called it "the quintessential pandemic song." I like it, though a bit too melancholy for most days. Tim and Austin doing "My Maria" with a few friends in the backyard is fun. And if you can stand a VERY countryfied version of Lady Gaga's "Edge of Glory", that's out their from his pre-Home Free days. Tim's duet with Peter Hollens on "Misty Mountains" is his best song to react to.

"In My Room" is my favorite song on Tim's new cd. I am a huge fan of The Beach Boys & had a lot of their records. They were known for their 5 part harmonies. Brian Wilson was the genius songwriter behind the group. He said as kids he slept in the same room as his brothers Carl & Dennis. They used to sing together in their room, so this song has special meaning for him & reminds him of those times.

Tim has impressed me since I first heard Home Free. His solo work is amazing! ALL of it! Great reaction, Red!

It really isn’t fair that that much talent belongs to one guy. One of the best vocal bands of all time, the Beachboys, and this guys does all of them by himself.

You have to remember something, Tim is what is known as a Basso Profundo, which is the lowest bass (he is actually classified as an octavist, which is someone who goes below the normal range of a profundo) Geoff from Voice Play and Avi formally of Pentatonix are also classified as octavists. That being said, in the song I mentioned above, there is a surprise that shows just how much of a special talent Tim is. And you MUST give Rob & Austin's opera duet a listen. It is amazing.

Bugs Bunny, yup, same with me. This was a Beach Boys tune, but Tim can sing all their ranges. Tim sang tenor in one of his previous vocal groups.

YES! Do Nessun Dorma with Austin and Rob! We're many who normally don't listen to opera, but these two guys make it a pleasure to anyone and everyone. And who knows, you might find that you really do like opera anyways :) Awesome reaction to this song, In my room is really well done by Tim. Tim is nothing short of a true genius, when it comes to music. Also, I know it's a pain in the behind, but could I ask you to please let the video run, and include Tim's comments? We do get all of it for free, after all, the least we can do is allow him to explain, and promote his album/work. Besides, often there's very interesting information in this outro as well.

Tim is such a magnificently talented and gifted singer/songwriter! It’s like butter melting, or having a bite a a warm and gooey brownie! Yes!! Please check out Rob and Austin do opera! A big YES! Also, check out more on Austin’s and Chance’s channels. Also, Chance and Tim both have done collaborations with Peter Hollens and with a married duo The Hound + The Fox!

That album is great from start to finish.

Tim is incredible! I can never get enough of him. I highly recommend his team ups with Peter Hollens. They have done so many over the years that Peter has released a compilation album of their duets. My favorite of these is Misty Mountains, a cover from the Hobbit.

This Reminds Me of the 60's when I used to Steal My Brothers Beatle Album and Chill Out in My Room listening to I'm Only Sleeping and I'm so Tired from the White Album. I was One Lazy Teen Chilling in a Basement Bedroom with a HiFi and Fire Place . Oh don't Shake Me , Please don't wake Me , leave Me where I am , I'm Only Sleeping. YAWN!!!

One of my favorite Beach Boys songs and Tim did this classic song justice!!

Be sure to check out Austin’s channel and Chance too. Austin has some musical theater theater stuff as well as some original songs. Chance has some wonder folk songs. I love Chance singing Wayfaring Stranger with the Hound and the Fox. Tim also sang We Three King with the Hound and the Fox. Really great!

Love that you close your eyes and look so dreamy. As for " Two country boys try singing opera is fantastic and you will love it.

I know of no one else,past or present who can go anywhere on the sound scape so well or effortlessly!

I have Tim's Album ("Pieces Of Me, Volume One") and I can't think of a single song that would be a disappointment for a Tim fan - throw a dart at the board and share the result with us! And yes, Nessun Dorma is definitely worth checking out, whether or not you enjoy opera. I have never listened to Opera other than just in passing and I loved Austin and Rob's performance. It gives me even more appreciation for their talent (believe it or not)!

Just so you know, Austin also has solo songs that I think you would appreciate. In My Room came out when I was a teen. I really could relate to this song so well. Tim does an exceptionally good job on this one.

I would wholeheartedly recommend that you go and listen to Austin and Rob singing "Nessun Dorma". They will blow your mind when you remember how wonderful they sound doing country and pop. Austin also does his own solo work. I would really love to see you react to his version of "Tears in Heaven". If it doesn't bring tears to your eyes, I will be surprised. It still does mine and I have heard it many times now.

The Opera is a fresh look at Rob and Austin. Not expected.

I'm so glad I stumbled upon your channel a few weeks ago...needless to say my subscription was instantaneous. I've enjoyed watching you begin your delve into home free...and yes, you are just at the top of the rabbit hole. LOL. I dare say that there is very little chance of you finding a song of theirs that you don't enjoy to some extent, though there will be some that you enjoy more, of course. Darren Rust, I think, is the producer who's been editing for Home Free for many years and probably edited this. He's the guy whose house Home Free invaded in Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer. Yes, thank you for doing this - I have always felt that this is an incredible version of this song. Tim has a command of his voice like no other. I am kind of like you (bugs bunny!!) but Rob and Austins journey into opera was exquisite. Home Free also does a song called "What we aint got" It is so unique and one of their most beautiful. I think you would enjoy it. Keep going down the rabbit hole, just pick a song (I would suggest going to some of their older music) and work your way forward. ENJOY Keep at it, I like your style.

I have to admit that Tim is my favorite. Because he's....well....Tim. however, i just love every one of these gentlemen. Tim, Austin and Chance have their own channels with LOTS of stuff to enjoy. Austin has the most. They all have great collabs with other people.

Another of my favorites from Tim is Since I Don’t Have You. His entire album is great, but there are only videos for five of them on KZread.

At the end Tim will talk about the song. It’s from The Beach Boys and is one of my favorites. Tim kills it. We all know he is the bass but you forget just how high he can sing. Amazing! This was dynamite, I had missed this song,. He made it a simple recording but some complicated musicality. Some of those juicy chords with clashing notes were so wonderful! When they first started the song I actually thought it was going to be a joke. However, it dawned on me that they wouldn't disrespect the genre, and they certainly didn't. Have a great day! Yes check out Rob and Austin trying Opera, you won't hate it. I don't care for opera either but that is worth watching, it's amazing that those two guys can pull off that. It shows that they are singers, talented singers. Everyone in Home Free is the real deal that's why they sound so good, all of them have great voices and know how to use them. This song dates me as I was in my 20's when it came out. I had just gotten out of three years in the Army and was settling into life. I turned 82 last Friday. The Beach Boys are well worth listening to also they did some of the classic tunes from that era. They were hot in my younger years so I kind of have a fondness for them for nostalgia's sake. Every time I hear one of their tunes it brings back memories of good times, bad times and all the rest of the times long ago.

Tim can harmonize with himself beautifully! The original of this song by the Beach Boys from back in the 1960's was really something to hear, they had beautiful harmony together. A shame they are no long as some have passed away, but their recordings will last forever for all to enjoy.
