@@TennesseeZee I think there are qualifications to be met before such practices can be effective. Otherwise you'll end up submerging yourself in a blissful delusion which happens all too much these days. Be cautious and good luck.

Or if anyone wants to listen the discourses, then go to the "Osho world" site, and can listen it.. You can find Another Tilopa in Osho.. But, u only understand him, if u have the heart and mind like Naropa ..
