Basically if u go to Manang directly it would be hard to acclimatized and will have breathing problem. So it's best to ascend 1000m in a day. It will take 5 days overall and budget would be around 200$ with basic package.

I would suggest tilicho because it's moderate and have range of Himalayas. In Indian rupees may be 16000
