It just shows that the chip on Brady's shoulder that has driven him his entire career is still there. Peyton was everything Brady was not: the golden boy son of a famous NFL quarterback, the top college recruit, the top pick in the draft. By comparison Brady came from nothing (not that he grew up in a rough situation or anything).

During warm ups, Tom noticed Payton on the sidelines, stopped practice and ran over and embraced Payton as if they were long lost brothers. Both of them are truly the best of sportsman and genuinely good people. We should all strive to be like these two men. Adding Tiger and Phil to the mix is just icing on the cake. @@aripearlstein8100 When Eli Manning was drafted, the Chargers had the 1st overall pick. They selected Eli despite his dad making it clear Eli wouldn't play for them. The Giants then drafted Philip Rivers with the understanding that they'd have a good shot of convincing the Chargers to trade Eli for him. But there wasn't any guarantee that itd work out that way. The Giants took a major risk doing that. We're unclear to this day why Eli didn't want to go to San Diego. It's been suspected that it has to do with the east coast bias in the NFL. My gut feeling is that there's more to it than that, but it's hard to say for sure.

He’s won over 100 tournaments worldwide, then there his Vardon trophies and rookie of year trophies, comeback player of the year, Fed Ex Champion trophies, etc, etc. I believe he gave an interview after the 2001 Masters and he displayed all 4 major trophies on his mantle or somewhere visible, but what about all the others?
