Tiger Claw 50k 2024
Спорт
This year, I finally got a chance to head out to the Seattle area to run the Tiger Claw 50k. Ethan, Kim, and their team put on a fantastic race, and it was just as difficult of a course as they said it would be. I got more vert in one day than I get in a month (or two), and it was so hard. But the trails were lush, the views were incredible, and I met some great people. Highly recommend.

Fun being aid station buddies out there! My slow-mo high five finish with Ethan was rad, thanks for the cameo. Great job on the film, fun to relive the race from another perspective. Way to crush those last 3 miles. 👊

Amazing video. Looks like an ankle braking festival in the woods 🪵 😅. To run downhill with a camera is a skill on it's own. Fair play to you 🎉👌💪
Great video, amazing scenery, well done
That's epic to do so soon after your last marathon! I ran the Vancouver marathon 2 weeks ago and still feel wrecked. Nice to see some West Coast trails on your channel!

Absolutely awesome, well run . Great location 🎉🎉
Nice Job Man! I did yellow pink white. Definitely one of the tougher 50ks out there, so way to get it done! Also nice to chat with you afterwards. Been a fan of your channel for a while! Cheers

LOL.. Your line about "my butt hurts", 'Everything is chafing and everything hurts" so bad cracked me up bro. Love all your videos and don't get discouraged when you don't meet your time goal and I know you were disappointed for your London Marathon, but it happens.

You amaze me over and over, Ko! You must be cut from a different fabric than me. How the heck do you have the mental fortitude to do this, and so soon after London? I think your next business is life coaching because you really know how to keep one foot in front of the other. Congrats!

🙌🏼 for 200k subs you could train for a 200m, over much quicker. Thanks for taking us on the ride!
If you could run the finish you aced the "don't bomb the first downhill" part.
That's some killer vert for a 50k!

What a cool idea and adventure!!! How good was that early when you and Ethan jogged. HAHA..
excited you got to run the race - I was scheduled to run it a few years ago - I think it was the 2nd or 3rd one - and unfortunately had COVID right before the race - and spoke at length with @thegingerrunner and we decided it was best to postpone - well as you know my last few years have been touch - but really hope to get back and run it within the next 2 years.

They were great, and I enjoyed them for the 8 hours I was out there. I also had brought the Nnormal Tomir 2.0 with me, and I think those would also have been a good choice
Champion! Think you should use more Wham in your vloggs great touch the edit-'Gitterbug!'
This looks like an awesome race - I would love to run it some day

Congrats on that finish! That is too much vert for me, I try to pick 50K's with around 1500M not 2800! Do you find the downhills harder than climbing? 🇨🇦
What camera u use? Insta360? Do u edit your own vids? Great run and love the filmingn
That 80s vibe synth pop goes so hard with the footage

Yo, what’s going on!!! 🤩
Great vid! And munching away my native cuisine stroopwafels is of course cultural appropriation but luckily we Dutch don’t give a sod about it… well done sir!1😊
I didn't realize it was background audio at 7:35 and I legitimately thought you were setting up a transition with Wham!
