The most fun part of the stool pushing gag for me is not that she does it.. it's that she tells you ahead of time what she's going to do; that you aren't going to laugh for some of it, and then she proceeds to do it, haha. What a goof ball genius.

I'd never seen it before, so I immediately looked it up and watched it after this. My quality of life immediately and exponentially improved.

So glad Conan found Tig. She’s great. Love her

Something about Tig is so moving and comforting. She's so brilliant and such a soulful person.

I wanted this interview to go on for hours. I love them

She was so badass in.....everything she's ever been in. I'm so glad she's getting recognition.

My favorite interactions of Conan are with Tig Notaro, Kumail Nanjiani, and Steven Yeun. They are all great people and Conan genuinely has a great time with them

I like Steven Yeun, but listening to him on the podcast was unfortunately excrutiating. Every third word was "like", which is just as bad as the ubiquitous "you know".

If you haven’t seen the documentary on her, do it ASAP for mad inspiration and respect ✊🏽

This interview felt like hanging out with these guys. I think Andy draped over the seat in front of him contributed to this chill atmosphere. I love it.

When you held up the magazine cover, I could have sworn it was Tom Cruise. Tig looks like Tom Cruise if he had a soul.

Her delivery is what I enjoy!

Tig made me laugh the hardest I have in a while in the first minute of this interview and only said about three words 😂

Conan is the last of the greats. He knows comedy, entertainment and is a humanitarian (even though he doesn’t like to admit it). He can recognise great talent and his interview skills are par to none.

Love how Tig talk she is hillarious 😂😂😂😂 such an amazing lady.

Tig once talked about her encounter with Taylor Dayne at a party. I laughed so hard, and was sold on her. I deeply dig her comic method, as it's not formulaic. It's cerebral; gladly for the apt, not meant for the simple minded. P.S. Gerascophobia is quite common among children at that age, so all you weirdoes getting riled up, there. Credit to her for acknowledging their receptive sentiences. She's great.

Have you heard the episode of ‘Don’t ask Tig’” with Taylor? Awesome.

Her "stool movement" act is probably the funniest, most unexpectedly hilarious bit in the past decade.

I wonder why she’s still only a Grammy and Emmy “nominee”... SHE’S THE BEST IN THE WORLD!!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 So, wake up people, please, and start giving her all the awards! (Not that she cares but, still...) BRAVA!!!

'Not enough Jokes per Minute' Somehow she survived that and got this career, thank god for that. Tig is just funny without trying, genuine wit.

I "discovered" her in Star Trek, what an amazing Actor/Comedian. Pleasure to see her career take off!

When Tig sitting there with her feet dangling, it reminds me of the characters in animal crossing when they sit on a chair~ Tig is great!

I love how “low key” she sounds, it makes the jokes funnier somehow (maybe because it highlights sarcasm).

My first time seeing her was on ‘Comedy Central Presents’ in 2004, way before she was on Conan. She was so unique and definitely left an impression.

5 minutes in and I am still waiting for Conan to let Tig speak! Evidently, so was she!

I love Tig, and that's thanks to Conan. Saw her on his show & loved her. Always watched her interviews w him.

Conan is already still funny with the show's new set-up even without the audience and now with Tig Notaro being a guest makes it so much more hilarious.

She took the time to fly over for this show to give her thanks and respect but got interrupted constantly throughout the interview. Regardless, it's still hilarious and an instant classic. Love this show.
