My mom and dad bought me Tiffany Taylor in 1974 when I was 7, to soften the blow that I would be having a little brother. She was the first edition in the white box with the pearl on her swimsuit that attached to her lime green skirt. The 1975 edition had a Velcro heart that the skirt fastened to. Sadly, my step sister threw Tiffany off the top bunk bed and her scalp came off. Since then, I have been able to acquire several in the box, as well as one in a shipping carton from J.C. Penney. I also have several of her sister, Tuesday Taylor, in the box. Tiffany will always be my all time favorite doll and I even named my daughter Taylor after her. Thank you for highlighting Ms. Tiff. She is somewhat forgotten in the doll collecting world.

Too bad no redhead version ever existed

This is the only doll from my childhood that I saved. She is in my closet and is in bad need of some hair styling. A few days ago I saw a little girl in my neighborhood playing with one. She said it was her grandmother's doll.

I had one of these...thanks for the memories.

With the passing of Queen Tina Turner, I started thinking about this doll. I had the black version as a child and I truly thought it was a Tina Turner doll so I called her Tina. LOL This doll and the Cher doll with the pink gown were my absolute favorites as a child! I got them both for Christmas when I was about 4 or 5 years old. Great memories. Rest In Power to the incomparable Tina Turner.

I just bought a Tiffany doll off the FB Marketplace, she's on the way and I'm so excited 😁😁 thank you for warning to be careful with the hair 🫶I would've been devasted if I messed it up as soon as she got here

I could watch you guys talk about dolls for hours! Very informative! This dollcame out 20 years before I was born but I feel in love with it, thrifting. There is little information on this doll line, so this video helped!

Finally I have this doll

My friends and I had the Tiffany Taylor doll back in 1974 when we were 9 - 12 yrs old. We did refer to their shoes and skirt as lime green. Girls in our age group would have never even heard of chartreuse. LOL

I was the only one who had the Mod Hair Ken Barbie doll. They didn't think he was good looking, but I did and I loved him with his sideburns too! LOL Do you guys have him too?

I have 2 of these gorgeous dolls. One I bought on eBay, the other, I bought at a thrift shop. Both are in great condition. I live in Australia.

I collect Tiffany Taylor dolls. Right now I have two: Tiffany w/the no window box and her hair comes wrapped in rollers and the last edition with the front window and Velcro heart on her swimsuit that her lime green skirt attaches to. These dolls are hard to come by in their boxes and in excellent/mint condition. I hope to some day add the prototype edition Tiffany w/the white box that had pictures of real life fashion models and the smooth fabric gold lame swimsuit plus the first edition Tiffany with the white box but brushed gold lame swimsuit and pictures of Tiffany on the box. Also she came with 12 outfits plus a "mink" jacket that are super rare to come by and expensive. I also have Tiffany's little sister Tuesday, who was 11.5 inches tall in different package designs plus the other versions: Suntan Tuesday Taylor,Beauty Queen and Supermodel versions. I also have her friend Dodi. I have five of Suntan Tuesday's outfits. There are so many things I am still looking for. Collecting is really a work in progress that takes years but I don't have to tell you guys that! Enjoy your channel!

Great Video !! I found her in her swimsuit without her shoes from the thrift store. She was in really good condition. Once I cleaned her and washed her hair she looked great. So far I haven't been able to locate any of her original outfits.

Yes. Tiffany had 12 outfits and they are very rare when they do show up on auction, always going for a high price. About four or so months ago, I was in a bidding war on one of her dresses that was mint on card and sold for over 135.00!

Was one of her outfits a long shirt and pants set made of pink satin? That's what I remember her wearing, but I don't know what happened to the outfit. Now she's wearing something that doesn't fit well, so I think it came from another doll.

I nicknamed my daughter after her. My daughter Tiffany, born 1972, is 50 now and I still call her that sometimes and when I text her I will sometimes address her as TT.

This doll (with her blonde hair)always reminds me of Sharon Tate-one of the most beautiful women of the 1960’s

I have both Tiffany dolls and Magic Hair Crissy! Crissy came with white sandals. I have yet to find any other shoes that fit- Mego 18” Candi and SuperSize Barbie are smaller. Anybody have other shoes that fit this body? (I also collect Tuesday Taylor, the 11.5” version.)

I have the same doll but the back of the neck says 1973

What is the value now of 1975 TIfanny Taylors. I no longer have the box.

My mother still has my Crissy doll. She saved that doll and I saved the Tiffany Taylor doll.

I just got her in a thrift store last weekend, and when I undressed her to clean her, I was shocked to discover that she has something that Barbie doesn't.... 😅

I have an African American version of this doll.

guys you need to get a Hasbro 1972 Aimee doll she is just lush .
