I like what you say about this tea. It can be underrated and unappreciated,as,here in USA it is the common resturaunt tea. Sometimes,it is phenomenal,sometimes it is colored water🤣 But when I brew it at home,it is a delight!

Not just in the US but all over the world, including in China. I guess that's the problem when you make something so common and widely available that it becomes hard to distinguish the really high quality tea from the cheap stuff, especially when they share the same name

How long do you steep Green Goddess for and at what temperature?

If using a standard kind of teapot, I'd steep it for around 2mins at a water temp of around 93ºC. It sounds pretty specific but sometimes I find that 90ºC is too little and at 95ºC, it starts to make the tea a little dry

@@heypbolon1941 same temperature, but each steep can be around 10secs or so. You may need to rinse 2 times or so before you really start getting the flavours out as it takes a little bit longer for the leaves to unfurl since they're rolled into balls
