You're right. Many companies I've sold for teach tie downs that come across as sleazy sales tactics. And you really have to present them just right to not be seen that way.

"To turn a bad situation into a favorable outcome" - Yes "Meaning you get a brand new roof" - I'm listening "Brand new warranty" - yes, framing "Brand new colors" - yes, framing "We can upgrade the look of the home" - yes "So when you drive into the driveway and you look up" - yes, FRAMING END REVEAL "Oh I love it" - SOLD, They took ownership of their own problem. Don't screw with me, tie downs have absolutely nothing to do with how you were successful in getting the customer conned. It's like trying to spin thoughts of idea into my head that clothes hangers are the BEST THING you will ever need for de-nutting nuts from chocolates whatever you need it for. whatever.

I like your take on this. Tie downs have their place, but have to be used correctly and in the right places. Love the channel. I sell O.C products. Looking forward to seeing you around the water cooler. 😁
