破酥包是雲南的特色小吃,包子皮有層次所以叫破酥包子,通常為了層次明顯麵團會乾一點,但是對不熟悉的人來說容易包不好(封口捏不緊),蒸完外觀不美麗心情會不好😆,所以我多加一點水量,當然這是看個人喜好了😉。
雖然包子做起來麻煩點兒~但是吃下去一切都值得🥰。
