no Sunsfun, the system valorant use its 128 tick rate but servers update rate is dynamic between ~75-128 and algorithms optimize when servers tick rate go up instead of it run at 128 always

I don't want to curate Sunsfan's great artistic drive when it comes to being weird & cursed. But if he goes more regular, I'd love for nostalgic reasons for him to do a spammable "HELLLLoo andwelcometo Fails of the Week-" just so I can setup my team's expectations before I initiate.

How did you not mention the balance patch when you spend so much time theorizing about it last episode + the fact that you were right! They waited till right after your podcast to release it :D

I wish the talent voicelines were at least 1/1 organic casting quotes to scripted lines. Talent are casters not voice actors, so many of the voicelines are so sterile and lacking passion compared to some of the really great casting moments we've previously had.

Only some of the talent are casters. This would put them at an advantage to make all the sales relative to the analysts and hosts.

@@nathanbabich4423 They kind of do by making cast voicelines available through other means (dota plus, compendium rewards, etc.) but in a way where they aren't in competition with the other talent.

Seriously send two belches. Like you said, at this point, it being a late and expensive voice line, you’ll barely make money off wtv standard thing it is. But if you finally get a belch in, the sunsfanfans will gib monies knowing its story.

Team spirit definitely feels like the strongest team right now. But I feel like they will have problems once they get to the playoffs, cause a lot of teams that go out guns blazing at the start usually throw later in the tournament.

I would rebuy the $20 sticker bundle if your second voice line was the "aaaayyyyy, welcometofailsoftheweek" intro voiceline. I'd spam it at the beginning of every game and after every fail. Would be great.

Sunsfan you should just record yourself saying the word Belch in a monotone voice.

128 tick is much more expensive for Valve to host. This new method of 64++ would be groundbreaking because it would save them tons of money. Ideally same player experience but they can do it on half the hardware. It’s about the long term goal with all their games.

The reason valve announced on March is basically to dunking during Epic Unreal FN ANNOUNCEMRNT. And for anti-cheat valve philosophy basically never break userspace, yeah no intrusive anti cheat but they're using behavior stuff.

Still think its ridiculous that SA got more slots than China. China had a horrible start to the dpc, yes. Their teams imploded, and then they had visa issues while trying to attend tournaments. But look at the final 5 teams of their qualifiers vs SA's final 5 teams. Match them up and China would have kicked their teeth in.

Just because developers of Darkest dungeon tried to make something different than the 1st game shouldnt be reason to negatively review the second game. DD2 still has very positive (75 %) reviews, despite all people who gave it negative review "because its not like DD1". Synderen should really try the game and make his own opinion before saying it recieved "very, very much poor reviews" (75 % on steam is really not that bad)

I'm afraid the wooden delivery of the vast majority of the voice lines mean even if I was daft enough to be interested, I wouldn't buy them.

By not buying the Compendium you are saying that the only way the Pro scene should continue is gambling sponsors and the worst governments in the world sports washing their image on our game. The only way back to the early days of dota is to actually pay money for merch from the teams you like, buy tickets to LANs, or at the very least buy the team packs and prove that we won't only spend money if we get a new hat.

Hamas are fucking terrorist dickheads and no one questions that. But they’re fighting against an apartheid state that has been illegally expanding for decades, who also has bad actors who frequently murder civilians under the guise of self-defence. So the “both sides” comments are directed at the macro level historical context of the conflict. If you’re going to zoom into specific atrocities executed by Hamas, no one is going to seriously make a both sides argument in that context, unless they’re fucked in the head. It’s really important to pay extra attention to the nuance of people’s statements when criticizing them for what they’re saying because the root of this whole conflict IS very complex. In turn and in your defence, people giving their opinions should equally put extra effort in defining the scope of their statements.
