I got mine based on the site sizing guide and it feels way too big.. now I’m worried to get my next one too small and have to keep returning it

I bought the Keanu Black Matte jacket in size XL. I'm 5'11 and 215 lbs. The jacket is a bit snug around the shoulders and mid section but not to the point that I can't move or have excessive restriction in my movement. I didn't want to go to a size XXL as I felt it would be to loose and once I broke the jacket in it would look baggy or simply oversized. I feel like the XL would truly be ideal if you are 5'11 to 6'1 and weigh around 195 to 200 lbs. Otherwise though the jacket quality is amazing and feels great. Best advice though, give it time to break in.

Bought it and have some quality issues. The collar is super warped like bacon (yours looks nice and flat). Also have a patch that clearly doesn’t match the rest of the jacket because it’s shiny. I’ve heard of people having to do multiple exchanges so hopefully my next one comes fine. Fit was good. 5’10” @ 170 with 38 chest. Athletic M

@@Retrakk got a new one that had very consistent sheen, no bacon collar. Only difference was it was very stiff. Gets better with each wear. It’s winter now so Don’t wear it too much.

If it helps, I went with athletic large. 5’5’’ 175lbs 45 inch chest, 19 shoulders. Perfect snug fit on shoulders and chest, sleeves slightly longer than I’d like.

The black matte is similar to nubuck or suede…you don’t condition it.

I am an asian guy. I would like to purchase a ‘Thursday Leather Jacket’ online. I am 5 feet 6 inches and my weight is only 56 kilogram or 123 pound. I highly recommend you stop acting entitled to having immaculate quality for content you don't pay a penny to watch. Just be thankful that you live in a world where you can jump online and gather free information and insight on products and things you're interested. It's so entitled to complain about the guys audio. You're the kind of person that if someone handed you a free $100 in $1's you'd complain that it's all small bills and tell them to give away larger bills in the future.

@MichaelHsu95 interesting I'm thinking of buying one but I don't have the luxury of trying it on or anything like that and I don't own any other jackets for reference I also have to go through some hoops to get it meaning I won't be able to make an exchange means it has to be perfect the first time I was told real leather jackets would stretch over time and form to the body but if this one doesn't then do I get the athletic fit it between the athletic or slim

@@alexsnow27 all leather would stretch a tad bit, but it wouldn’t stretch to another size if that makes sense. It depends on you, if you workout and are a bigger buffer dude that wants more room in your jacket go with athletic. If you want a jacket close to your body with that slim fit look go with the slim. If you still aren’t sure I would highly recommend emailing Thursday, their customer service is awesome and I’m sure they would help you find the right size. I own a couple leather jackets and am about to order the Thursday racer and roadster jackets, but do they really have to use calf leather and give me more internal guilt that they slaughtered a baby cow to use it's skin for my jacket. Damn. Haha. At least with an adult cow I can imagine it probably lived somewhat of a life and it's death also provided a bunch of food for people as well as it's leather. But a baby cow? Damn dude.

Since initially watching your review I've done more research and you say "Calf skin" but they actually don't use Calf skin for their Racer jacket. They use "Premium Lambskin".

That's not actually a jacket that you ride a motorcycle with.
