starting by adding fruits and vegetables to your snacks is a really good start! a good dip like hummus, ranch, even peanut butter really makes it easier to get them down lol. adding more nutritious stuff instead restricting food worked a looot for me with meals you can add more fibers and protein while still having them taste good; be it in a stir fry, hiding the veggies in a sauce for pasta, or having pickles/kimchi on the side as a palate cleanser 🫢🫢 not easy for some people but i can guarantee that you’ll feel sooo good once you get used to it.

Storm caused tree to fall onto a power line and knocked it down killing power to my entire neighborhood and it also blocked the only road going into town so we not only couldn't cook food for a few hours but we also couldn't order delivery 😂
