In Modified action, the race was a showdown between #2H Josh Hampton and defending track champion #43 Ben Petrey. On this evening Hampton used the high-side to power to lead, a position he held to the finish. Thunder Mountain Speedway is a 3/8 mile clay oval located near Corbin, Kentucky.
