Thunder are one of Britain's best kept secrets unfortuneately. Being selfish I was always able to gein a decent ticket and they generally played smaller venues. One of the best British bands in terms of songs and playing live in the last 20yrs. As for Danny Bowes, up there with the Gods of voices.. For those of you only discovering back catalogue now - you are both unlucky and forgiven...

Yes one of our forgotten bands, wonderful atmosphere on this one as shown by the audience. The drummer is terrific thanks for downloading this gem.

Danny has an amazing and distinct voice just a truly magical band - I gather he’s a decent bloke as well.

Gawd I saw this band in Shepherds Bush in the mid '90s. Flat out the best thing that ever happened to the word LIVE. I'm sure they're having a rest, when its this good, you can't leave it alone for long..

They don't "bang on your ceiling". They "stop you form groovin', they bang on me walls". Other than that I love it. Great performance. I keep coming back to listen again. No one else seems to have commented on the ceiling thing though. It just slightly offends my sensibilities. Again though, I can not stress enough how much I enjoy this.
