That dude has very little experience. He’s all over the river. Watch him come down. He’s not even on the power. He has little control of the boat. I think everyone’s definition of power is wrong. I believe that boat has 325hp out of a 350ci stock motor. It might have a 400hp 6L though. That’s probably a class 3 rapid. Maybe a class 4 but I doubt it.

Built an welded out a few of those boatsin Pasco Washington they are the Rite amount of bang for your buck if you don't mind the gas mileage never being able to get up (on plane) an never being able to run on a river with a true trudgectory but hell yeah' They are a Kick in the pants!

There are great trips up the Snake River in Hells Canyon. Been up hundreds of times. Recommend it unless you've got a bad back, those jet boats beat the crap out of you on the rapids lol

The unseen footage would have been interesting. Pulled out of the Rapids to.......? Perhaps get the pumps working, he was way too low to go any further. Water slosh forward and hes going under or crack on the rocks.

When running rapids like that you got a major issue with prop ventilation. That drastically deacreases performance of the prop and you end up struggling to get upstream.
