Thumbprint Cookies
1 cup unsalted butter
2 large eggs
1 cup sugar
4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup corn starch
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pineapple Jam
Apricot jam
1 cup powdered sugar for dusting
