Throttle and Choke Repair | Troy-Bilt Pony Riding Mower

This video shows on how to repair a broken throttle on a Troy-bilt Pony riding mower so you can adjust the engine speed and/or engage the choke. I'll show you the easy steps to remove the old throttle lever and cable and install a new one. I'll also show you how to adjust the cables to the throttle stick engages the full range of engine speeds as well as the choke for cold weather starts. The only tools you need are a set of Allen wrenches and perhaps some all purpose glue. I will also show you how you can repair a damaged cable with 5 minute epoxy to get by until you can get replacement parts.
